Turn your Canon MF810Cdn or MF820Cdn into a white-toner transfer printer. This is the Canon 034 black cartridge system re-loaded with opaque white toner by MICR Toner Mart, installed in your printer's black position. Print white plus full color onto dark garments, transfer film, dark and kraft paper, and specialty substrates a normal printer can't handle. The Canon 034 is a two-part system — a separate toner container and imaging drum.

Choose your purchase option

• Toner + Drum (first-time setup) — Your first white conversion includes both the white toner container and a fresh black imaging drum. A fresh drum is required the first time because your printer's original drum carries residual regular toner that dulls white output.
• Toner only (reorder) — On reorders you need only the white toner. The imaging drum lasts about 34,000 pages, so one drum carries you through many white-toner refills before it needs replacing.

How white toner printing works — please read before buying

• The white toner replaces your black. Because a standard printer driver treats black as ink and white as “no print,” you cannot lay down white with the normal driver.
• You control white with RIP software (a Raster Image Processor). It builds the white underbase, mirrors the art for transfers, and manages density and registration. RIP software is required and sold separately — several packages support white-toner laser printing. Without it, the conversion will not print white.
• Typical workflow: design → RIP → print onto 2-step (A/B) transfer paper → heat-press onto your garment or substrate.

Know before you buy

• Laser white is bright but not blinding-white — it performs best as an underbase or background, not for demanding fine pure-white lettering or maximum-opacity solids.
