This kit replaces the black station with our bank-readable MICR toner and one color station with our invisible UV toner. Using the included print template, your checks and documents lay down the magnetic MICR line and a covert UV verification mark in a single pass — no second run, and with perfect registration.
What's in the kit
- MICR black cartridge (custom-built HP 414 / 416) — magnetic, machine-readable for bank check processing.
- Invisible UV security toner cartridge (loads in the color / Cyan station) — clear in daylight, glows under a 365 nm blacklight.
- Ready-to-use design & print template — locks the MICR content to pure black (K) and the security mark to the color channel, so only the two specialty toners print.
- 365 nm UV verification lamp (available with the kit).
Two independent security factors
The magnetic MICR line your bank's reader verifies, plus a covert UV mark a photocopier or counterfeit can't reproduce — checkable instantly under the lamp. This product supplies authentication features tested under specified conditions.

U.S. printers use HP 414A / 414X; international units use HP 416A / 416X — same engine, we build for either. Send us your model and cartridge numbers and we handle the rest. Prefer an overt mark? A visible neon / fluorescent version is available in place of the invisible UV.
